Fostering innovation.
Empowering leaders.
BBIC is a partnership between the University of Balamand and BIAT — turning ideas from students, entrepreneurs, and local businesses into real ventures, and positioning North Lebanon as a serious node in the region's innovation ecosystem.

An initiative created by the University of Balamand and BIAT
BBIC was founded jointly by the University of Balamand and BIAT — bringing together academic excellence and two decades of entrepreneurship support to build North Lebanon's innovation engine.

Built from evidence, not assumption.
Between October 2025 and May 2026, BBIC ran a full pilot cohort — 4 verticals, 14+ workshops, mentorship at 6–12 hours a week, and a live public pitch event. Every recommendation on this site is backed by 7 months of real operating data.
The concept worked. The next chapter refines it: from one long semester program into three focused tracks running in parallel — Ideation Sprints, Incubation, and R&I.
